How to read bonus terms

Three numbers decide whether an offer is worth taking. Every card above shows them next to the headline amount.

Wagering requirement
The multiple of the bonus (or deposit plus bonus) you must bet before withdrawing. 35x on a $100 bonus means $3,500 in bets — check which base the multiplier applies to.
Game contribution
Not every game clears wagering equally. Slots usually count 100%; table and live dealer games often count 10% or less, and some are excluded entirely.
Max bet and expiry
Most bonuses cap bet size while wagering (often around $5) and expire after 7–30 days. Breaking either rule can void the bonus and any winnings.

What is a wagering requirement?

The number of times you must bet a bonus before its winnings can be withdrawn. A $100 bonus with 35x wagering means $3,500 in bets. Some casinos apply the multiplier to the deposit plus the bonus, which doubles the amount you need to wager, so always check which base is used.

Is a bigger bonus always better?

No. The headline amount matters less than the wagering multiple, which games count toward it, the maximum bet while wagering, and how long you have to finish. A smaller bonus with light terms is often worth more than a large one with steep wagering, especially if you mainly play table or live dealer games that contribute little.

Can I withdraw a bonus straight away?

Bonus funds are locked until the wagering requirement is met. Many casinos let you withdraw your original deposit and forfeit the bonus instead; the exact rules are in each offer's terms, so read them before you deposit.

Why do bonuses have a maximum bet?

To stop players clearing wagering with a handful of large bets. Placing a bet above the limit while a bonus is active can void the bonus and any winnings made with it, even if you did so by accident.
